Heroes, Hearts and Horses
TROT personally invites you to attend a special fundraising event, Heroes, Hearts & Horses, celebrated on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 17, 2008, 6:00 pm at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Join us in honoring all of TROT's Heroes- our riders for their bravery each and every day, our parents for pushing for a better life for their children, our volunteers for showing up each day to bring support and safety to their riders, our instructors for their dedication towards creating meaningful experiences and in accomplishing the highest goals on horseback, our donors for believing in TROT's mission for over 35 years, AND our US Veterans for their unwavering dedication to our country keeping Americans safe.
Proceeds from this event contribute 25% of TROT's annual budget. TROT raises 75% of the cost for its participants to experience the miracles that happen at TROT. The evening starts with a champagne greeting and a great silent auction. Dinner is served and the fun begins with a 1940's, Big Band-USO theme.
